Pin-Up USER AGREEMENT
- This user agreement and other rules on the Website regulate the terms and conditions related to services provided by Temizlikyolda and the rules for using the Website. It is accepted that the User commits to comply with this Agreement from the moment they approve this Agreement when creating a Service Request or Professional Profile through the Pin-Up or start using the Website. Temizlikyolda has the right to unilaterally change or modify the Agreement, provided it is not against the interests of Users, in order to ensure the continuity of intermediary services, future technical necessities, or compliance with regulations.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY TEMIZLIKYOLDA
- Temizlikyolda ensures that service, product, or service request information created by Service Providers and Service Recipients themselves is displayed on the Website in accordance with the content reported to it and within the framework of this Agreement provisions. Temizlikyolda is only a platform and is not the owner or provider of the services featured on the Website.
TERMS OF USE / MEMBERSHIP Pin-Up
- Website membership is free. Members can receive multiple services simultaneously through a single member account. Determining and Pin-Up the password is the user's own responsibility. User information and passwords should not be shared and should be carefully protected. The member is directly responsible for malicious use of the member account by other persons due to their own fault.

SERVICE FEE REFUND/EXERCISE OF RIGHT OF Pin-Up
- The Service Recipient has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days following the agreement with the Service Provider, provided that the service has not been performed, without showing any reason and without paying a penalty clause. This right exists until 24 hours before the service start time in the Reservation System. It is sufficient to notify the use of the right of withdrawal in Pin-Up to[email protected]with the Pin-Up line "Cancellation Request" within this period.
SERVICE RESPONSIBILITY, NO WARRANTY PROVIDED
- Temizlikyolda has no responsibility in the offer, proposal, acceptance, contract, and payment stages between Service Recipients and Service Providers. Temizlikyolda does not and cannot guarantee that there will be compatibility between Service Recipients and Service Providers, or that it will find or provide Service Providers capable of doing the Service Recipient's work at the desired time and place in the Pin-Up Recipient's region.
- All responsibility for services to be received from Service Providers through the Pin-Up belongs to the Service Providers. Temizlikyolda has no responsibility.
- Pin-Up does not endorse or recommend Service Providers or their services, and does not guarantee work performance or the result or quality of services provided. Temizlikyolda may rank, rate, and categorize Service Providers through some algorithms in the system such as member votes and member comments, and may highlight some Service Providers because they are highly liked, preferred, or satisfactory. However, this situation does not mean endorsement or guarantee given by Temizlikyolda.
- Temizlikyolda is not responsible for the relationship between Service Providers and Service Recipients, and has no Pin-Up for damages that Service Providers may cause to Service Recipients or third parties during service provision or at any time.
- The parties are directly responsible for all taxes, fees, duties, payments, and similar obligations arising from service contracts to be made between Service Providers and Service Recipients. Due to services and products listed on the Website operated by Temizlikyolda, Temizlikyolda is not in the status of seller, provider, manufacturer, producer, dealer, agent, advertiser, or media organization under the Pin-Up Protection Law and related legal legislation.
- Temizlikyolda is absolutely not responsible for problems that may arise or damages that may occur between Service Recipients and Service Provider(s) due to sharing the names, addresses, and Pin-Up numbers of Service Recipients registered in its system with Service Providers for the purpose of providing the relevant service.
- Pin-Up Recipient information is shared by Temizlikyolda with Service Providers for the provision of services. This information sharing aims to ensure smooth service provision. Temizlikyolda is absolutely not responsible for the use of such information by Service Providers for advertising, marketing, personal, or any other situation or purpose without obtaining additional consent from Service Recipients, sharing or transferring it with third parties, or problems that may arise or damages that may occur between Service Recipients and Service Provider(s).
SERVICE RECIPIENT'S OBLIGATIONS
- Service Recipients are personally responsible for all administrative, legal, and criminal liability that may arise as a result of not complying with the provisions of this Agreement.
- Service Recipients will not contact Service Providers without Temizlikyolda's knowledge, to exclude Temizlikyolda, agree on a lower price, or avoid paying commission fees regarding a Service Pin-Up created through the Website.
- Service Recipients accept that their credit card information may be stored in the payment institution system that Temizlikyolda has agreements with, to the Pin-Up permitted by legislation, and authorize sharing with system operators. Temizlikyolda is not responsible for disruptions that may occur in the contracted payment institution system.
- Service Recipients are responsible for all taxes Pin-Up to the service, except for taxes arising from Temizlikyolda's income.
AUTHORITIES GRANTED TO TEMIZLIKYOLDA
- In Home Cleaning (Daily Cleaner-Cleaner) orders, user and service provider TC numbers are transmitted online to SGK by Temizlikyolda and daily employer and employee registration is made. If a YES response is given to the confirmation message sent to the user's mobile phone number, daily accident insurance for the service provider personnel sent to the address is provided by SGK. The daily accident insurance fee is reflected to the user by the operator. The obligation to respond to the confirmation message sent to the mobile phone Pin-Up to the user.

BREACH AND TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

e) Communication with treepnr.com and other Pin-Ups: When you contact Pin-Up customer service or use the treepnr.com app to communicate with other members, treepnr.com collects the following data:
- the content of the Pin-Up
- the Pin-Up and language of the message
f) Advertising details:When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address will be used for our advertising purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time by Pin-Up on the link provided in the newsletter. We use your e-mail address exclusively to send you our newsletter for our advertising purposes.
What permissions are requested?
For some functions, our app must be able to access certain services and Pin-Up on your mobile device. Following are the permissions the treepnr.com app may request the functions for which these permissions are required. These permissions can be subsequently changed or revoked.
Messages:To be able to communicate with other service providers or clients on treepnr.com, you Pin-Up be asked to give treepnr.com permission to send and view messages.
Push notifications:If you give treepnr.com permission for Pin-Up notifications, you will receive notifications about services, new messages as well as occasional promotions and news at treepnr.com.
Photos and Camera:If you grant treepnr.com the required permissions, the app can access your photo gallery as well as the Pin-Up of your mobile device. This feature is used to complete your profile and describe your services or tasks in more detail.
Location:If you grant treepnr.com permission to access your location, the app can personalize your searches and provide you with services based on Pin-Up location.
Calendar:If you Pin-Up treepnr.com to access your calendar, the app can read your calendar events and details. You can also sync your calendar to your task days.
Will my data be Pin-Up on?
The data collected by treepnr.com will only be passed on to third parties if it is vital to process a contract or to provide technical functionality of the app. It could also be passed on to third parties if Pin-Up are any other legal grounds for passing on the data.
When will my data be Pin-Up
